Μήπως αφήνεις να τρέξει πάνω από 40γρ. στην εκχύλιση;
Με 14-15γρ. δόση και μέχρι 40γρ. εκχύλιση δεν θα πρέπει να είναι νερουλός ο καφές.
Μετά από εκεί και πέρα είναι το κόψιμο του καφέ. Ίσως ο Mrs Rose ο συσκευασμένος να μην έχει το σωστό βαθμό άλεσης για μια τυπική συνταγή με 1/2 ή 1/2,5 ratio.
