συνολικά . Για παράδειγμα εάν έχουμε μία ταράτσα 100 m χρειαζόμαστε 150 κιλά . Στο πρώτο χέρι θα βάλουμε τα 75 kg και στο δεύτερο τα αλλά 75 κιλά . :)
