I have done my terrace with Isotop and I think it is a very good product. It has been 4 years (I check it every year) and it is going well. If I see that it starts to wear off, I will apply another coat on the terrace. I think I will do it next year regardless, whether it has wear or not. (I will reinforce it and use much less material, so it will be more cost-effective for me)
Clean the terrace as well as we can (I did it myself to save money) and then apply the Waterproofing in a cross pattern. One coat vertically, one horizontally.
It is better to do this AFTER the summer and BEFORE the rains.

Καθαρισμα την ταρατσα όσο πιο καλά μπορούμε (εγω το εκανα μονος μου για να γλυτωσω λεφτα) και μετα παιρνάμε Σταυρωτά το Στεγανωτικό. Ενα χέρι κάθετα, ένα οριζόντια.
Καλύτερα αυτό να γίνεται ΜΕΤΑ το καλοκαίρι και ΠΡΙΝ τις βροχές.
I was waiting to see how it would perform with the first rains and cold weather... PU in general is much better at this price, it doesn't get dirty as easily as older insulation technologies, it also maintains whiteness for longer and has better breathability.
I highly recommend it, don't bother with cheaper insulation for a few euros...
Also, the reapplication on top of older insulation worked very well, no issues.

Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, μην ασχολείστε με φθηνότερα μονωτικά για λίγα ευρώ...

Ακριβο αλλα κανει δουλεια. Οπωσδηποτε ασταρι απο κατω δυο χερια. Μετα απλώνεται με ρολο απιστευτα ευκολα. Δυο χερια σε 35τμ και περίσσεψε το 1/4.
