Only the first year it was resistant to both humidity and durability of the same material. From the second year, cracks formed which became a source of moisture entry.
It requires supervision for cracks every year and pressure washing every year to remove dust trapped by the cells of the mesh

I am a professional and have used many different insulation materials from various companies. I'm not saying there aren't superior materials out there, but I have always learned to judge each material in proportion to its price. For this price, there is nothing better. Let me mention some of the positives it has. Because it is cement-like, it does not require priming. So you save time and money. It is very easy to work with and something very important, you can directly apply any other material on it without needing to remove it. From another insulation material to even tiles.

Wasted money. Absolute nothingness. I wonder about the comments. Here in Athens, where I did my terrace, the mold and humidity remain and have even gotten worse. In my country house, which is on an island, I used the equivalent of marmoline and we really saved ourselves.

I have coated the roof of my house, at least 220 sqm, over 10 years ago. The house was built in 1974. In combination with the mesh and three layers of this material, it does an amazing job. I have also noticed various changes in temperature. Almost every 2 years, I would pressure wash the surface and it would become like new again. I highly recommend it.
