I have coated the roof of my house, at least 220 sqm, over 10 years ago. The house was built in 1974. In combination with the mesh and three layers of this material, it does an amazing job. I have also noticed various changes in temperature. Almost every 2 years, I would pressure wash the surface and it would become like new again. I highly recommend it.
