Έχει ρύθμιση για το ύψος. Τα "πόδια" είναι χιαστά όπως σε σιδερώστρες και έχει 4 θέσεις για 4 ύψη.
Έχει θέσεις ρύθμισης ύψους.
3 θεσεις έχει. Το γυρνάς το τραπέζι ανάποδα, βγάζεις τα πόδια με δύναμη και τα βάζεις σε άλλη θέση, πιέζοντας στην άλλη θέση.
