While it is relatively easy to install and has good range, unfortunately, it has a significant loss in speed. In access point mode connected to my home network on the Cosmote router, it gives me a speed close to 45 Mbps after rebooting (almost the same as the direct connection via Wi-Fi to the Cosmote router), and after 10 minutes of exclusive use from a mobile device, the speed drops to around 20-25 Mbps

Personally, I use it as a bridge with an AP. And not out of whim, but rather it suited my case better. I can say that I restart it rarely, although it’s not tragic; it takes a few seconds, and it’s no big deal. Mainly, if it is exposed to heat, it needs it, as in my case; the other one that is inside the house, I do it once every few months (4-6 months, silly things). I’m not saying it’s perfect, but with a little goodwill, it can pleasantly surprise you. With 2 such devices and 1 external antenna, these devices synchronize (bridge) and transmit normally at a distance of 25-30 meters, in an open space with obstacles and many interferences. Surely, if I were waiting with 1 device and the router to do such work and have everything wireless (even the router), I would probably have to turn to something more expensive. It is an honest little device, very economical, and I recommend it without reservation.
Προσωπικά το χρησιμοποιώ σαν γέφυρα με ap. Και αυτο οχι απο ιδιοτροπία αλλα μάλλον βόλευε καλύτερα στην περιπτωση μου. Μπορω να πω οτι του κανω επανεκινηση σπάνια , αν και δεν ειναι και τραγικο δευτερολεπτα χρειάζεται και σιγα το πράμα. Κυριος αν ειναι εκτεθειμένο στη ζεστη θελει οπως στη δικη μου περιπτωση, το αλλο που ειναι μεσα στο χορο του σπιτιού το κανω 1 καθε κατι μηνες(4-6 μηνες αστεια πραματα).Δε λεω οτι ειναι τελειο αλλα με λιγη καλη θέληση μπορεί να σε καταπλήξει ευχάριστα. Με 2 τετοια μηχανάκια και 1 κεραία εξωτερική, τα μηχανήματα αυτα συχρονιζουν(γεφυρονουν) και αναμεταδιδουν κανονικα σε μια απόσταση των 25-30 μέτρων, ανοιχτού χώρου με εμπόδια και πολλές παρεμβολές. Σιγουρα αν περιμενα με 1 μηχάνημα και το ρούτερ, να κανω τετοια δουλειά και να ειναι ολα ασυρματα (ακομα και το ρούτερ) μαλον θα έπρεπε να απευθυνθώ σε κατι ακριβότερο. Ειναι ενα τίμιο μηχανάκι πολυ οικονομικο και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα .
I used it as a universal repeater as mentioned inside, one word that characterizes it is DISAPPOINTMENT, I bought it once and replaced it once more, in total I had 2 such products in my hands.
I am buying it for the first time, the "Quick setup" didn't finish and it froze on any function, I replaced it and it freezes every time it tries to connect more than one device, I hadn't connected more than 2 devices and the freezes really didn't let you go a day without pulling it out of the socket and reconnecting it.
Conclusion: if it works for you, it should do its job well, but if not...

Το αγοραζω πρωτη φορα, δεν τελειωσε το "Quick setup" και κολλουσε σε οποιαδηποτε λειτουργεια, το αντικατεστω και κολλαει καθε φορα που παει να μπει παραπανω απο μια συσκευη, δεν ειχα συνδεσει πανω απο 2 συσκευες και πραγματικα τα κολληματα δεν σε αφηναν μια μερα χωρις να το τραβηξεις απο την μπριζα και να το ξανασυνδεσει.
Συμπερασμα: αν σας παιξει πρεπει να κανει καλα την δουλεια του, αν ομως..

OpenWrt, and if it doesn't suit you, you can easily revert to the original TP-Link firmware, which is responsible for all freezes and sluggishness...
The expensive routers costing 100 euros run a variant of OpenWrt, just imagine. OpenWrt = Linux kernel 4, and this specific model is fully supported.

OpenWrt και αν δεν σας κανει ξαναγυρναει στο μαμα λειτουργικο tp-link το οποιο ευθηνεται γιαπ ολλα κολληματα και αναλγησια....
Τα ακριβα ρουτερ των 100 ευρω τρεχουν παραλλαγη του openwrt φανταστειτε. Openwrt=Linux kernel 4 και υποστηριζεται πληρως το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο.

Δοκιμασμενο σε ολα τα mode του. Συμπερασμα για γνωστες και μη:
Κατεβαστε το OPENWRT λειτουργικο και καντε το ρουτερ οτι θελετε ξεκλειδvνοντας πολλες δυνατοτητες.
2 χρονια με αυτο λειτουργικο και δεν εχει κανει κιχ . Παραπανω εμβελεια (2 οροφοι μπετο και περναει για πλακα),repeater mode,guest,extender,relay mode και οτι εχουν πολυ ακριβοτερα . OpenWrt και αν δεν σας κανει ξαναγυρναει στο μαμα λειτουργικο tp-link το οποιο ευθηνεται γιαπ ολλα κολληματα και αναλγησια....
Τα ακριβα ρουτερ των 100 ευρω τρεχουν παραλλαγη του openwrt φανταστειτε. Openwrt=Linux kernel 4 και υποστηριζεται πληρως το συγκεκριμενο μοντελο.
For the money, it is worth it and does its job well... as an AP it works quite well with satisfactory range but not something very strong in range... as a repeater, its performance drops significantly. Together with the PoE in the package and at this price, it is quite an attractive little device
Για τα χρηματα του αξιζει και κανει καλα την δουλεια του...ως ap δουλεει αρκετα καλα με ικανοποιητικη εμβελεια αλλα οχι κατι πολυ δυνατο σε εμβελεια..ως repeater πεφτει αρκετα η αποδοση του. μαζι με το poe στην συσκευασια και σε αυτη την τιμη ειναι αρκετα δελεαστικο μηχανακι

While it is relatively easy to install and has good range, unfortunately, it has a significant loss in speed. In access point mode connected to my home network on the Cosmote router, it gives me a speed close to 45 Mbps after rebooting (almost the same as the direct connection via Wi-Fi to the Cosmote router), and after 10 minutes of exclusive use from a mobile device, the speed drops to around 20-25 Mbps
Ενω ειναι σχετικα εύκολο στην εγκατάσταση και με καλη εμβέλεια δυστυχώς εχει μεγαλη απωλεια στην ταχύτητα.Σε λειτουργία access point συνδεδεμένο σε οικιακο δίκτυο στο ρουτερ της cosmote μου δινει ταχύτητα κοντα στα 45 mbps μετα την επανεκκίνηση(σχεδον οση η απευθείας σύνδεση με wifi στο ρουτερ της cosmote)και μετα απο 10 λεπτα αποκλειστικής χρήσης απο κινητο η ταχύτητα πέφτει κοντά στα 20-25 mbps
Very good product, I have it as an extender just with a cable through the main router. It is quick to install, it is stable and has good range. As for durability, time will tell
Πολύ καλό προϊόν , το έχω σαν extender απλά με καλώδιο μέσω του κυρίου ρούτερ. Είναι γρήγορο στην εγκατάσταση , είναι σταθερό και έχει καλή εμβέλεια . όσο για την ανθεκτικότητα ο χρόνος θα δείξει
Relatively easy to connect, but if you want more specific features, it requires a bit of searching. The range is satisfactory, but not if there are walls in between or if it's from one end of the house to the other (in 60 sq. m.)
Σχετικά εύκολο στη σύνδεση,αλλά αν θες πιο συγκεκριμένες λειτουργίες θέλει λίγο ψάξιμο. Η εμβέλεια είναι ικανοποιητική,αλλά όχι αν παρεμβάλονται τοίχοι ή αν είναι από τη μια άκρη του σπιτιού στην άλλη(σε 60τ.μ.)
It's worth the money, much faster than my Cosmote router which is WiFi 65mb while this one is 72mb. Be careful with the Android app because it is not yet included in the devices, maybe with an upgrade later.
Αξίζει τα λεφτά του πολύ γρηγορότερο από το ρούτερ μου της cosmote που είναι το wifi 65mb ενώ αυτό 72mb. Προσοχή στην εφαρμογή android διότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στις συσκευές ακόμα ίσως με αναβάθμιση αργότερα.
