It is preferable to load it onto the brush, with 5-6 turns and then dipping the tip of the brush in water, creating lather either in a bowl or on the face (gradually adding 3-4 drops of water or dipping the tip of the brush in water again) until it reaches the texture of strained yogurt, working it onto the face.
