There's a major flaw in the manufacture of this chair. One of the metal parts, through which a piece of wood is supposed to pass, is not in the right place and seems twisted. There's a hole for the screw that holds it all together, but it's inaccessible.
And so it's impossible to assemble the parts of this stool, there's a defect, and therefore to use it. I would like a refund for this purchase. I have photos here that show the faulty parts. The chair is absolutely unusable, as the faulty part cannot be repaired.
