The slats to which the rollers are connected as well as the pins on them bend (obviously because they are stainless steel to prevent rusting but they bent on the 5th time they were used). If you replace them with higher quality slats and screws instead of pins, the quality improves significantly. I wonder why companies don't do this and include 4 slats and 4 screws as spare parts in the packaging in case they rust.
