Your galaxies have expanded to the extent of known space. You overlap with your opponents and fight for fertile planets. In Tiny Epic Galaxies: Beyond the Black, players have access to four new ships to upgrade their starting ships. They will need to hire specialized pilots, who have unique special abilities and are trained in specific ships. Hiring the right pilot for a ship reduces the cost of that pilot.
The game introduces an exploration option, allowing players to venture beyond the planets into deep space, where they may encounter dwarf planets or rare materials. Players may also face cosmic threats such as solar storms and black holes. Exploration provides badges, which are counted at the end of the game and players are rewarded with victory points according to the badges they have collected.
