The pillow is medium as stated. It is not hard as some say in the comments. After 10 days of use, I am satisfied. At first, I had some concerns about whether it would suit me because it is my first time using an anatomical pillow. I can say that the first few days you need to adapt, but in the end, it is worth it. As for the smell mentioned in the comments, it is indeed a bit distinctive but not so strong that I can't sleep or that it is so annoying.

Amazing pillow, I have had it for 2.5 years and I sleep wonderfully. I had osteophytes in my neck and it helped a lot. I can no longer sleep on a regular pillow. As other friends say, it is more comfortable for the neck to rest on the high side. As for the gel, it came off for me too and it was annoying, but I opened it, stretched it, put it back in place and everything was fine.

Kids, this pillow SMELLS VERY BAD!!! We left it outside on the balcony for 2 whole days hoping it would air out! Finally, we brought it inside and as soon as they lay down on the bed, THAT SMELL AGAIN! It smells TERRIBLE like mold with dust mixed in, it is UNBELIEVABLE HOW BAD IT SMELLS! I don't know if we got a bad one because the other reviews are good, but what we experienced is unacceptable! Obviously, we threw it away because there was no way something like that could smell inside the house! We just wasted our money

I bought this pillow for my partner a year ago, who has a chronic neck problem and always sleeps on their stomach or side. For a year now, they have been grateful for it. They have a better quality sleep than ever before. It requires some research to find what suits each person based on body type and sleeping position. We haven't noticed any wear and tear. I bought it from a store specializing in orthopedic products, where it was recommended to me.

Very high quality and comfortable pillow. Clearly aimed at people who usually sleep on their side. It would be good to choose the thickness of the pillow according to the size of your shoulders, otherwise it may be annoying during sleep. Personally, it took me a few days to get used to it.

I have had it for about a month and I can say that I am generally satisfied. It takes some time to get used to in the beginning, but I think it is slightly harder than average. I will come back for an update soon.

It is very firm, it does not sink at all with the weight of the head, nor does it take the shape of the head. If someone is used to sleeping on a firm pillow, they will have no problem. Personally, it does not suit me at all.

For me, the pillow is very convenient. It is soft and provides good support for my neck. While with other pillows I would wake up with a stiff neck, with this pillow I completely forgot about it.

Generally, anatomical pillows don't work well because if you move during sleep, your head may end up on the high part and your neck won't have any support. You wake up with a worse grip. As for quality, it's good I would say

Most likely, those who have a problem with the pillow are using it upside down, the high part (bulge) should be towards the bottom side (to support the neck) and the thin part towards the top of the bed so that the spine is in a straight position.
In this passage of 2 years, 8 months, and 4 days, I am STILL completely satisfied, just like the first morning I woke up feeling light thanks to it.

I tried it for my 95-year-old grandfather. He doesn't have neck problems, but he wanted a more "convenient" pillow and it is just what he needed, the best he has ever had, he says ;P
