I bought the Silben, the pharmacy didn't have it so I bought this one. No comparison, as it produces a powder that doesn't stick, resulting in needing a larger amount of material. I wouldn't buy it again, only as an alternative.

And I wonder about the good comments...... I bought it for this reason but....... as soon as you spray it, the dust comes off and falls, resulting in it not being able to work......

The best thing for open wounds with stitches, very stable and healing, you need to find with a little effort the way and distance to spray (much better than Silben). I used it in circumcision after a recommendation from my urologist

Excellent especially for small children, it doesn't sting at all on a fresh wound like the others do. And it's also waterproof if you leave it for a few minutes without touching it.
