Δεν έχει ημασια με τι αλοιφαδορο έχεις,μπορείς και με το χέρι να το κάνεις..Το σφουγγάρι να είναι μέτριο,ούτε πολύ μαλακό ούτε σκληρό..Δες βιντεάκια στο you tube.
