    They really do provide immediate relief and cooling. Just as good and more economical than Medela’s (although the similar ones from MAM are also worth a try). They stick to the breast and need to be removed slowly. Be careful, the breast must be rinsed before breastfeeding. And of course, for a sore breast to heal, the only thing that helps is milk and a nipple shield (or the end of breastfeeding); these pads are just for pain relief.
