I bought the product in June and it broke in 6 months while I only use it for preparing baby food. When I called them for a replacement because it's still under warranty, they refused and asked me to send it to them. I did. I called them to see when they will receive it and they told me next week. However, I'm in a hurry because I want to blend my baby's food. In the end, I didn't get anywhere. I paid so much money and I'm left without a blender and who knows how many more days while it's still under warranty. Unacceptable. Update: The motor broke for the second time while preparing baby food!!! The worst purchase of mine... unfortunately, the motor has an issue
Αγορασα το προιον τον ιουνιο κ σε 6 μηνες χαλασε ενω το χρησιμοποιω μονο για παρασκευη βρεφικης τροφης.
οταν τους πηρα τηλ για αντικατασταση επειδη ειναι μ2σα στην εγγυηση αρνηθηκανε κ ζητησανε να τους το στειλω.το εκανα.τους πηρα τηλ να δω ποτε θα το δουνε μου ειπανε απο βδομαδα.εγω ομως το βιαζομαι γτ θελω να αλεθω το φαγητο του μωρου μου.
τελοσπατων δεν εβγαλα ακρη.πληρωσα τοσα λεφτα κ εχω μεινει χωρις μπλεντερ κ ποιος ξερει ποσες μερες ακομα ενω ειναι μεσα στην εγγυηση.
