In the midst of quarantine, I chose these speakers based on reviews. I chose them because they are in the 40-50 euro range and as compact as possible. (The 2.1 speakers would have had a subwoofer, an additional volume that would have been difficult in the space. Besides, these speakers are the same as the satellites of the 2.1, so I save the space of a big box, which is the third piece in the 2.1 speakers.)
The volume controls, on/off, and bass are in front of you (for example, in a 2.1, I wouldn't want to bend down under the desk every now and then for the bass control), which is very functional.
I contacted the company and have them permanently connected to the socket with a 5v=2A charger (since they charge via USB). The company in the Netherlands responded immediately, there doesn't seem to be any representative here.
Their sound, like any pair of speakers, with
1) adjustment with the simple equalizer of the media player, for example, the one that Windows has,
2) like any bass reflex speaker (with the hole at the back from which the bass comes out), the back should be about 2 inches away from the wall or something else that will reflect those bass sounds in front of the listener. (I used cut angular points from cardboard packaging products so that they reflect the back sound in front and not trap it.)
3) they are at ear level:
Their sound is good for Greek songs in general, but not suitable for rock, gaming, or movies.
The bass is definitely not emphasized, which blurs the stereo image and the music when listening to music on some bad 2.1 speakers.
The construction is plastic, it looks cheap, and they are lightweight (which is not bad, they can be easily placed in small spaces due to their size and weight), how long they will last remains to be seen. The volume is sufficient at one meter of listening, but not for parties. The major drawback? The bass is insufficient, as expected from such a small speaker.
I wouldn't buy it again. Not that I feel like I wasted my money, they are decent. However, for gaming or movies, I would buy it after reading reviews that would be good at this price range for 2.1 speakers.
For music, I would spend an additional 30 euros and get 2.0 speakers that would definitely cover me more.
I've had them for a month, I hope I helped with my observations.
P.S. Regarding the gold-plated connectors that a previous reviewer mentioned, they should delete it because it seems biased to promote the sale of the speakers when the only drawback is the gold-plated connectors. The speakers are relatively good, but let's not talk nonsense.

So I bought these speakers as something cheap to replace my old ones, and I don't regret it. Nice appearance, good sound, no unnecessary cables as it connects directly to the USB without a separate power supply.

For USB speakers, without a subwoofer, they have very good performance and impressed me at 41 euros, both with the minimal/moderate sound distortion at high/max volume (in my case, the music track Dubstep DJ ASSASS1N - Frag Out, with plenty of bass for those who want to use it as a reference point) and with the 36-watt total power (18w + 18w).

The bass is quite satisfactory and can be adjusted both with the switch on the speakers and through software (Realtek Sound Manager in my case) that most users have on their computers, as it usually comes with the motherboard.

The non-slip bottoms they have prevented them from falling on the floor during installation, which means they do their job. The red lighting that follows the music gives a nice effect that can of course be turned off with a switch on the back of the main speaker, i.e., the one with the volume control.

Very important is that when the volume control is at zero (not turned off with the speakers off, but at zero volume with the speakers on), there is no music or any noise (like static interference) that was present with my old speakers. The potentiometers/resistors are probably functioning well.

Anyway, I can say that I am satisfied so far, and what remains to be seen is how long they will last before any problems occur. Of course, a 2-year warranty is not insignificant, so I feel somewhat confident that if anything happens, they can likely be repaired. In any case, I recommend them as a product with a very good cost/performance ratio that easily competes with much more expensive speakers.

Edit: 01/12/2018 Since I bought them in June 2018 until a few days ago, they worked perfectly and I was very satisfied. However, recently the left speaker started to produce crackling sounds when playing videos/audio, especially if it was speech. I had to return them and await their replacement. I don't know if this particular set of speakers was defective or if the entire series is faulty. In any case, I will deduct one star from my rating due to the malfunction that occurred.

Edit: 13/04/2019 After their replacement, they have been working perfectly until today. The technician from the dealership I spoke to told me that the crackling that occurred is not uncommon and happens sometimes, so he proceeded to replace them immediately without any delays. I was lucky that this problem occurred within the warranty period, which fully covered me as it is a 2-year warranty. The funny thing is that my previous speakers, also from Trust, cost 11 euros and never had any significant issues, despite multiple falls they endured, except for some static noise when the volume was at zero. Sometimes it's a matter of luck. In any case, I am satisfied with their response.

Edit: 15/09/2022 Today, the left speaker gave out and was beyond repair. I had to replace the speakers. I am deducting one star because within 4 years, two sets of speakers have failed.

This product consists of 2 speakers without a subwoofer (2.0). I searched for over a month to finally decide to buy these speakers. I read many reviews for many similar speakers. My goal was to get 2 speakers without a subwoofer (I don't have any space for a subwoofer anyway) that are very nice, quite powerful, and with very good sound. And I didn't regret my purchase for a moment.

Trust company has its headquarters in Dordrecht, Netherlands. It manufactures very good computer accessories and sells them at low to medium prices. It sells its products in the following regions of the world: Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Today it employs about 250 people. These speakers are manufactured in China.

The speakers have really impressive and very clear sound with great bass and treble. There are 2 knobs on the speakers for adjusting the volume and bass. These knobs are very soft and turn easily. I have the bass almost at maximum. There are also 2 ports: One for connecting 3.5mm headphones. And one for connecting a smartphone or tablet. Both are very useful.

I should note here that I have been using 2 simple speakers from the excellent company Altec Lansing for many years. Well, the sound of those and the Trust GXT 608 Tytan speakers is similar. The maximum power of the speakers is 36 Watts. That's a lot of power for speakers without a subwoofer. The speakers have red LED lighting, which flashes according to the music or game you are playing. This is beautiful and creates a fantastic feeling. But if for any reason this tires you, there is an On/off switch on the back of the speakers that turns off these LED lights.

I also have to say that I used to have expensive 2.1 speakers (with a subwoofer) from Logitech. Their sound was mediocre with no power at all for their category. And their design was ridiculous. They disappointed me so much that I ended up giving them away. The latest ones, the Trust GXT 608 Tytan, surpass them in every aspect of quality and power.

Perhaps the most important thing I need to mention is that these speakers do not take power from the socket. But they are powered directly from your computer. Thanks to their USB cable. This automatically means that they are effectively protected from sudden changes and drops in the voltage of the power grid.

However, here I must draw your attention to further protect the speakers. So, here it is: Turn off the speakers when you shut down your computer, before the machine shuts down. Also, turn on the speakers after you have turned on your PC. If you don't pay attention to this, the speakers will make a small noise when you turn the computer on and off, and they may lose their sound quality or break completely in a short time. In other words, be careful to have them!

So, they have 2 cables: One USB for power, and one classic 3.5mm jack for audio output. It is necessary to connect both of these plugs.

I recommend connecting the speakers with the computer turned off. This will help your computer to detect them correctly and easily. The only flaw I found is that the 3.5mm plug is not gold-plated. It's a shame, of course, because if they had taken the trouble to gold-plate it, maybe the sound would have been even better.

I was very impressed by their large and bulky packaging. It had 2 large cardboard protectors inside. And the speakers themselves were wrapped in very high-quality plastic bags. It also had a piece of foam for additional protection.

Inside their box, there was a very nice Trust sticker. Which I stuck on top of my desktop tower. I was very impressed that they don't distort at all even when you turn them up to maximum volume. This shows the very high quality of their sound.

Their plastic materials look very nice in black color. But they are quite thin and sensitive to mishandling. However, they are extremely lightweight. The box of the speakers, where their characteristics are written, is translated into many languages. Including Greek.

Their manual explains their easy connection with pictures. Instead of multilingual text like I have seen in many other products. It is quite informative. One thing I didn't like is that it doesn't indicate anywhere on the speakers the classic Left, Right. So that the user knows how to position them on their desk. In reality, you should place the speaker with the control wheels and ports on the right side of your desk. And the other one, which is plain, on the left.

The two connection cables are long enough and you won't have any problem connecting them to your PC or Laptop. The product is covered by a 12-month warranty. A decent period of time for a warranty, I believe. The speakers have special feet made of good material to prevent them from slipping on your desk.

What you should know before buying speakers, and it concerns their overall power, is the following: If you have a small room where they will be placed, then you won't need excessively powerful speakers. Because the space will immediately fill with sound. I never put these specific ones on maximum volume because I don't need it due to the small space.

In conclusion, the Trust GXT 608 Tytan speakers are an excellent product. I have tested them with various types of music, videos, and games with exceptional sound and they are truly amazing! I highly recommend them. Enjoy them!
