Two stars and I justify them: Gree's fan coils are, and don't be deceived by the photos that show a different product, the most hideous-looking ones out there. They are bulky, 26cm in size, noisy to the point of despair, and they come without the necessary solenoid valves. The latter explains the fact that when set to cooling, they run continuously and are not stopped by the PASSIVE thermostat, which only intervenes in the solenoid valve (if it existed)! So, an additional 100€ for retrofitting. As for after-sales service, it's a joke. The company simply doesn't exist. The supplier says, "You wanted them, I suggested something else." The build quality is not even of the previous century. They creak like a sofa when you open them. Now, the two stars are because after 3 years of uninterrupted operation, they still work, even though they make scratching, crunching, and other noises. Of course, as soon as they release a new model, I will throw them away with great joy!
