After several years of use, I think it's time to write a review for this tool.
I got frustrated one day with an HP printer that I had for less than two years, and I had just replaced the ink cartridges a month before. It simply stopped printing. And before that, I had issues with another printer.
So, I told myself, enough is enough, I'll get something of higher quality and reliable laser printing technology.
I had heard about Kyocera before, but I didn't pay much attention. And I saw a few reviews here and there, so I was considering it.
In the end, I bought it and never looked back.
It is of excellent quality and reliability.
For example, one day it was struggling to print. It barely managed to print one page. I thought it was done for. But then I decided to open it at a specific point to see if a page was jammed. There were two (yes, two!) pages stuck, and the printer managed to print one before completely stopping! The error was entirely my fault, of course, 100% (I had put a heavily wrinkled page in the tray without paying much attention), and I simply didn't do it again!
Since then, I have printed thousands of pages (both single-sided and double-sided).
I have printed through the network (LAN) and via USB (which I currently use).
I don't buy its own ink, but rather a non-genuine one from a store (quite cheap), and it has produced many prints for me.
In short, if I were to buy again, I would choose the same printer or another one from the same company.
If someone asked me, I would recommend Kyocera.

Τελικά τον αγόρασα και δεν ξανακοίταξα πίσω .

Παράδειγμα: Κάποια μέρα προσπαθούσε να εκτυπώσει . Έβγαλε με το ζόρι μία σελίδα. Πάει λέω και αυτός τα έφτυσε.
Τελικά κάπως βρίσκω και τον ανοίγω σε συγκεκριμένο σημείο για να δώ αν έχει τσαλακώσει σελίδα .
Είχαν μαγκώσει 2 ( ! ) και το σκυλί κατάφερε να εκτυπώσει μία πρίν σταματήσει εντελώς! Το σφάλμα ήταν δικό μου βέβαια 100% ( είχα βάλει στην θήκη μια πολύ τσαλακωμένη σελίδα μή δίνοντας πολύ σημασία ) και απλά δεν το ξαναέκανα!
Απο τότε έχω εκτυπώσει χιλιάδες σελίδες ( και κανονικά και μπρός-πίσω ) .
Εκτυπώσεις και μέσω δικτύου ( LAN ) και μέσω USB ( που τον έχω τώρα ).
Μελάνι δεν αγοράζω το δικό του αλλά ένα μη αυθεντικό εδώ στο σκρούτζ ( αρκετά φθηνό ) και μου έχει βγάλει πάρα πολλές εκτυπώσεις.
Εν ολίγοις αν ήταν να ξαναγοράσω , θα έπαιρνα τον ίδιο ή κάποιον άλλο αλλά απο την ίδια εταιρεία.
Αν με ρώταγαν , Kyocera θα πρότεινα .

Regardless of what everyone else says, it is good to stay away. It disappointed me the first time until I finally saw the toner, fast quality prints, but expensive drum, 158 euros!!! Basically, you throw it away if you need to replace it!!!! Stay away if you don't want to cry your money!!!

Very sturdy and high-quality construction. Bulky, heavy, relatively noisy only when printing, but we are talking about a "tool" of a professional printer category, without fancy lights and designs. Top-quality printing and one of the few models in this category that can print double-sided. However, like all monochrome lasers, it is not suitable for photos. It is mainly designed as a network printer and setup is done through the web, so some basic IT knowledge is required. Connected via USB to the computer for local use and with Ethernet to the DSL router, and everyone has easy access if set up correctly. Another advantage compared to competitive models is that it has compatible toners at very affordable prices. Genuine ones are very expensive and skyrocket the usage cost. When I bought it for €105 in 2020, it was the best value for money I could find for (demanding) home use, and I recommend it for someone looking for something more advanced and prioritizes quality over design. However, with the current price of around €200, it is only suitable for offices/companies.

Κορυφαία ποιότητα εκτύπωσης και από τα λίγα μοντέλα σε αυτή την κατηγορία που τυπώνουν διπλή όψη. Όμως όπως και όλοι οι μονόχρωμοι laser, δεν κάνει για φωτογραφίες. Είναι φτιαγμένος κυρίως για δικτυακός εκτυπωτής και το σετάρισμα γίνεται μέσω web, επομένως χρειάζονται κάποιες βασικές γνώσεις ΙΤ. Συνεδεμένος με USB στον υπολογιστή για τοπική χρήση και με ethernet στο ρούτερ του DSL και όλοι έχουν εύκολα πρόσβαση, αν σεταριστεί σωστά. Πολύ ακριβά αυθεντικά αναλώσιμα για αυτό 4 αστέρια. Καλή γρήγορη εκτύπωση. Πολύ βαρύ μηχάνημα συνέπεια των ποιοτικών εξαρτημάτων του. Καλή κατασκευή. Τα ασπρόμαυρα κείμενα τα βγάζει σε άριστο βαθμό. Φωτογραφίες δεν έχω άποψη.

Συνεδεμένος με USB στον υπολογιστή για τοπική χρήση και με ethernet στο ρούτερ του DSL και όλοι έχουν εύκολα πρόσβαση, αν σεταριστεί σωστά. Ένα άλλο πλεονέκτημα σε σχέση με ανταγωνιστικά μοντέλα είναι ότι διαθέτει συμβατά τόνερ σε πολύ οικονομικές τιμές. Τα γνήσια είναι πολύ ακριβά και εκτοξεύουν το κόστος χρήσης. Όταν τον αγόρασα στα 105€ το 2020 ήταν το καλύτερο VfM που μπορούσα να βρω για (απαιτητική) οικιακή χρήση και τον συνιστώ για κάποιον που ψάχνει κάτι πιο αναβαθμισμένο και βάζει την ποιότητα πάνω από το design. Όμως με τη σημερινή τιμή περίπου 200€, απευθύνεται μόνο σε γραφεία/εταιρίες.

Very expensive genuine consumables, hence 4 stars. Good fast printing. Very heavy machine due to its high-quality components. Good construction. It produces black and white texts excellently. I have no opinion on photos.
Πολύ ακριβά αυθεντικά αναλώσιμα για αυτό 4 αστέρια. Καλή γρήγορη εκτύπωση. Πολύ βαρύ μηχάνημα συνέπεια των ποιοτικών εξαρτημάτων του. Καλή κατασκευή. Τα ασπρόμαυρα κείμενα τα βγάζει σε άριστο βαθμό. Φωτογραφίες δεν έχω άποψη.

After several years of use, I think it's time to write a review for this tool.
I got frustrated one day with an HP printer that I had for less than two years, and I had just replaced the ink cartridges a month before. It simply stopped printing. And before that, I had issues with another printer.
So, I told myself, enough is enough, I'll get something of higher quality and reliable laser printing technology.
I had heard about Kyocera before, but I didn't pay much attention. And I saw a few reviews here and there, so I was considering it.
In the end, I bought it and never looked back.
It is of excellent quality and reliability.
For example, one day it was struggling to print. It barely managed to print one page. I thought it was done for. But then I decided to open it at a specific point to see if a page was jammed. There were two (yes, two!) pages stuck, and the printer managed to print one before completely stopping! The error was entirely my fault, of course, 100% (I had put a heavily wrinkled page in the tray without paying much attention), and I simply didn't do it again!
Since then, I have printed thousands of pages (both single-sided and double-sided).
I have printed through the network (LAN) and via USB (which I currently use).
I don't buy its own ink, but rather a non-genuine one from a store (quite cheap), and it has produced many prints for me.
In short, if I were to buy again, I would choose the same printer or another one from the same company.
If someone asked me, I would recommend Kyocera.
Μετά απο κάποια χρόνια χρήσης , νομίζω ήρθε ο καιρός να γράψω αξιολόγηση γι' αυτό το εργαλείο.
Τσαντίστηκα μία μέρα με έναν HP που είχα ούτε δύο χρόνια και μάλιστα του είχα βάλει καινούργια μελάνια ένα μήνα πρίν.Απλά σταμάτησε να εκτυπώνει. Και πρίν απο αυτόν πάλι είχα θέμα με άλλον.
Οπότε λέω στον εαυτό μου , τέλος, θα πάρω κάτι ποιοτικό και αξιόπιστο τεχνολογίας λέιζερ εκτύπωσης.
Είχα ακούσει και παλιά για την Kyocera αλλά δεν είχα δώσει βάση.Και έβλεπα και λίγες κριτικές εδώ και το σκεφτόμουν.
Τελικά τον αγόρασα και δεν ξανακοίταξα πίσω .
Ποιοτικότατος και αξιόπιστος.
Παράδειγμα: Κάποια μέρα προσπαθούσε να εκτυπώσει . Έβγαλε με το ζόρι μία σελίδα. Πάει λέω και αυτός τα έφτυσε.
Τελικά κάπως βρίσκω και τον ανοίγω σε συγκεκριμένο σημείο για να δώ αν έχει τσαλακώσει σελίδα .
Είχαν μαγκώσει 2 ( ! ) και το σκυλί κατάφερε να εκτυπώσει μία πρίν σταματήσει εντελώς! Το σφάλμα ήταν δικό μου βέβαια 100% ( είχα βάλει στην θήκη μια πολύ τσαλακωμένη σελίδα μή δίνοντας πολύ σημασία ) και απλά δεν το ξαναέκανα!
Απο τότε έχω εκτυπώσει χιλιάδες σελίδες ( και κανονικά και μπρός-πίσω ) .
Εκτυπώσεις και μέσω δικτύου ( LAN ) και μέσω USB ( που τον έχω τώρα ).
Μελάνι δεν αγοράζω το δικό του αλλά ένα μη αυθεντικό εδώ στο σκρούτζ ( αρκετά φθηνό ) και μου έχει βγάλει πάρα πολλές εκτυπώσεις.
Εν ολίγοις αν ήταν να ξαναγοράσω , θα έπαιρνα τον ίδιο ή κάποιον άλλο αλλά απο την ίδια εταιρεία.
Αν με ρώταγαν , Kyocera θα πρότεινα .
I bought it on sale for 100€, I have had it for 2+ years, it works perfectly and has no issues with compatible toner. Perhaps the best printer I have ever had.
Τον αγόρασα σε προσφορά στα 100€, τον έχω 2+ χρόνια, λειτουργεί άψογα και δεν έχει πρόβλημα με αναγωμομένα toner. Ίσως ο καλύτερος εκτυπωτής που είχα ποτέ.
Regardless of what everyone else says, it is good to stay away. It disappointed me the first time until I finally saw the toner, fast quality prints, but expensive drum, 158 euros!!! Basically, you throw it away if you need to replace it!!!! Stay away if you don't want to cry your money!!!
Άσχετα με ότι λένε όλοι οι άλλοι καλά είναι να μείνετε μακριά , μου έβγαλε την πίστη την πρώτη φορά μέχρι να δει επιτέλους το τονερ ,ογκοδες γρήγορος ποιότικες εκτύπωσεις ,αλλά ακριβα drum , 158 ευρώ!!! στην ουσία τον πετάς αν χρειαστεί να το αλλάξεις !!!! Μακριά αν δεν θέλετε να κλαίτε τα λεφτά σας !!!
Very sturdy and high-quality construction. Bulky, heavy, relatively noisy only when printing, but we are talking about a "tool" of a professional printer category, without fancy lights and designs. Top-quality printing and one of the few models in this category that can print double-sided. However, like all monochrome lasers, it is not suitable for photos. It is mainly designed as a network printer and setup is done through the web, so some basic IT knowledge is required. Connected via USB to the computer for local use and with Ethernet to the DSL router, and everyone has easy access if set up correctly. Another advantage compared to competitive models is that it has compatible toners at very affordable prices. Genuine ones are very expensive and skyrocket the usage cost. When I bought it for €105 in 2020, it was the best value for money I could find for (demanding) home use, and I recommend it for someone looking for something more advanced and prioritizes quality over design. However, with the current price of around €200, it is only suitable for offices/companies.
