Για πόσο καιρό πρέπει να το παίρνω;; μετά διακόπτω τελείως η το παίρνω ας πούμε 2-3 φορές την εβδομάδα; έχω δει πάντως διαφορά στους δύο μήνες και μετα. Εγώ το παίρνω με άδειο στομάχι κάθε πρωί όπως γράφει η συσκευασία
