Μπορώ να το σπάσω ή να το κάνω σκόνη? Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να καταπιώ χάπι, tabs κλπ

Είναι σε κάψουλα, οπότε υποθέτω ότι μπορεί κανείς να την ανοίξει και να χρησιμοποιήσει τη σκόνη.

500mg δεν είναι πολύ? Η καθημερινή απαίτηση είναι περίπου 15 mg.

Οχι καλά είναι. Μέχρι και 2.000 mg από έρευνες σε ανθρώπους είναι ασφαλές.Παρο' όλα αυτα, δεν είμαι ο γιατρός σου, οπότε καλύτερα συμβολέψου κάποιον ειδικό.
