Description

Description

This is the most up-to-date representation of the Code of Civil Procedure and its Introductory Law. On 1120 pages printed on special bible paper, in addition to the text of the Code as it stands today, the corresponding excerpts from the explanatory report of Law 4335/2015 are presented article by article, which will assist the practitioner of law in understanding and finding the purpose of the new regulations, as well as related provisions of other legislations that are applied alongside the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Following this is the interpretation provided by case law on the basic articles of the Code, adapted to the latest amendments. The work is updated until November 2016 and contains references to more than 4,000 judicial decisions. Finally, it includes over 100 significant recent decisions from first-instance courts across the country, the majority of which are unpublished in legal journals and legal databases, which have resolved critical issues that arose in practice after the enactment of Law 4335/2015.
