    Obviously, the barrels have been reused and weakened, and they don't have much to offer to the distillate. Not in such a short aging period at least. Nice as a simple tsipouro though, which means that the base is good.
    Just to avoid any misunderstandings, the distillate is of very good quality, it's just that its aging is comically inadequate.
