Very dissatisfied with the after sales. Last year I bought a woolen duvet from nef-nef along with other products from the same company (sheets, etc.) which I wasn't very satisfied with, but ok. In total, I must have spent around 400€. I washed it for the first time after purchase to use it and it was fine, I washed it this year for the second time and it came out of the washing machine in bad condition. It has lost its volume, it's full of knots and can't be used! I called the store where I bought it on 14/10 to inform them about the problem, they told me they would contact nef-nef and they called me after 2 weeks to ask how I washed the duvet!!! Of course, I had mentioned all this during our first communication, that I followed the instructions as I did during the first wash. They contacted nef-nef again and then me to tell me that they hadn't had any other complaints about this particular duvet and maybe it got squeezed in the washing machine! In a 9kg washing machine of the best brand on the market, where another woolen duvet of similar dimensions is also washed and has had no issues. A month has passed, 3 communications in total and we are at square one! Obviously, the duvet gets damaged with washing and does not last over time unless it is not washed. It would be good for this to be mentioned in the instructions for use!
Παρα πολύ δυσαρεστημενη απο το after sales. Είχα αγοράσει πέρσι ενα μαλλινο παπλωμα nef-nef μαζί με αλλα προιόντα της ίδιας εταιρίας (σεντόνια κλπ) από τα οποία δεν έμεινα κ πολύ ευχαριστημένη αλλα οκ. Συνολικά πρέπει να ξόδεψα περίπου 400Ε. Το έπλυνα την πρώτη φορά μετά την αγορά για να το χρησιμοποιήσω και ήταν εντάξει, το πλένω φέτος για 2η φορά και βγαίνει από το πλυντήριο σε κακή κατάσταση. Έχει χάσει τον όγκο του, έχει γεμίσει κόμπους και δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί! Κάλεσα στις 14/10 στο κατάστημα αγοράς να τους ενημερώσω για το πρόβλημα, μου είπαν θα επικοινωνήσουν με τη nef-nef και με πηραν μετά απο 2 εβδομάδες να με ρωτήσουν πως έπλυνα το πάπλωμα!!! Αυτά βεβαίως τα είχα αναφέρει κατα την πρώτη επικοινωνία μας, οτι δηλαδή ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες όπως και κατά την πρώτη πλύση. Επικοινώνησαν ξανά με τη nef nef και μετά μαζί μου για να μου πουν ότι δεν είχαν αλλο παράπονο για το συγκεκριμένο πάπλωμα και μπορεί να πιέστηκε στο πλυντήριο! Σε ένα 9κιλο πλυντήριο της καλύτερης μαρκας στην αγορά, όπου πλένεται και αλλο μαλλινο παπλωμα αντιστοιχων διαστάσεων και το οποίο δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα. Έχει περάσει ένας μήνας, 3 συνολικά επικοινωνίες και είμαστε στο σημείο μηδέν! Προφανώς το πάπλωμα παθαίνει με τα πλυσίματα και δεν έχει αντοχή στο χρόνο εκτός αν δεν πλένεται. Καλό είναι λοιπόν στις οδηγίες χρήσης να αναφέρεται αυτό!
