Additionally, this volume includes certain paradoxographical works from the Byzantine era, such as that of Michael Psellus, as well as some works characterized as "Pseudo-paradoxographical," which seemingly relate to the genre of paradoxography but are essentially categorized under other genres of ancient literature, such as the work of Anthemius On Paradoxes of Machines, which belongs to ancient mechanics, and the anonymous On Unbelievers, which belongs to mythography, representing an attempt at a rational interpretation of myths.
