    Very good. Especially if you don't fill the basket, it fries potatoes very quickly. Strangely, the heat of the basket is more immediate even though the resistance is stuck to the bottom of the basket, compared to others I had with the resistance immersed in the oil.
    The lid that clicks on and doesn't just sit there is very useful, in terms of cleanliness and dust that sticks to the oil droplets during storage.
    I fry potatoes outside and I remove the lid. This way it always stays clean.
    Regarding durability in use, we will see.
    I have used it about 15 times.
