Tight Regular Loose
I usually wear large, after the reviews I read I got the xl... very comfortable, does its job and I didn't feel too cold, very decent for the money
Κανονικά φοράω large μετά από κριτικές που διάβασα πήρα το xl... άνετο πολύ κάνει την δουλειά του και δεν κατάλαβα κρύο πολύ τίμιο για τα χρήματα
It does its job, it does indeed maintain body temperature, only it is a bit short... Maybe personally I need a larger size.
Την δουλεία της την κάνει, κρατάει όντως την θερμοκρασία του σώματος, μόνο που είναι λίγο κοντό ... Ίσως εγώ προρωπικά να χρειάζομαι ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο.
I have bought it as a set with the leggings, I wear them under my clothes and I don't feel the cold at all. Also, it is very comfortable!
Το έχω πάρει σετ με το κολάν, τα φοράω μέσα απο τα ρουχα κ δεν αισθάνομαι καθολου το κρύο. Επίσης είναι πολύ άνετο!

I have the corresponding thermal from the same company in short sleeve in size medium and I thought I would get the same in long sleeve. With a height of 1.80 and weight of 85, fit and athletic, I couldn't fit into it at all. I ended up giving it to a child.
έχω το αντίστοιχο ισοθερμικό απο την ίδια εταιρεία σε κοντομάνικο σε μέγεθος medium και λέω θα πάρω και στο μακρυμάνικο το ίδιο. με ύψος 1,80 και κιλά 85 γυμνασμένος. δεν χωρούσα με τίποτα. το έδωσα σε ένα παιδάκι τελικά.
