  • Gently squeeze excess water from your hair.
  • Take an amount roughly the size of two walnuts and spread it on damp hair, mainly from mid-length to ends.
  • Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes to allow it to work on your hair.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm to cold water to "lock in" the nutrients.
