Nature Aid's Vitamin E is a natural source of vitamin E with 24mg of mixed tocopherols. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, which occurs when there are high levels of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are caused by food processing, alcohol, cigarette smoke, and atmospheric pollutants. They can cause damage to cells through the process of oxidation. Vitamin E helps protect cells from this damage.

Dosage:

Take 1 - 2 tablets per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
