I have been living in an area since 2003 that has had serious issues with electricity at times. I have seen voltages drop to 90V for over an hour and have burned several devices. The solution, therefore, was a stabilizer, at least for the sensitive devices. As the owner of the previous model, I am very satisfied with its predecessor, and after it broke down after 15 years, I decided to buy the new model with digital displays instead of repairing it.

Although it looks better visually, it is not just a stabilizer. Firstly, it does not keep the voltage at a constant 230V at all. It fluctuates depending on the grid's performance.

Secondly, the output indication is stuck at 230V, even though, as I mentioned, I have measured it with a multimeter and it goes as low as 221V without affecting the display.

Now, if it drops below its nominal operating voltage and cuts off, I haven't seen it yet because it hasn't happened so far. I hope it works differently; otherwise, I bought a piece of junk.
