Kabbalah simply tells us: how and why the world began to exist; why we continue to fall back into our old negative habits; why we still avoid activities that we know are positive and beneficial for our lives; why chaos exists; how we can give meaning and spiritual power to every moment of our lives.

These are impressive statements, but don't believe them. Not a word. Not for a second. The very idea of faith carries a residue of doubt, while knowledge leaves no room for skepticism. It means certainty. Absolute conviction. Within your guts. Within your heart. Within your soul.

So I ask you to test every lesson of this book.
