It helps to start unclogging the nose... it works as a supplement, it does not cure. However, it is very good if you use it correctly.

I bought it because the neighborhood pharmacist said it does a very good job... I used it and didn't see any difference, the congestion remained as if I had never used it, while at first there was an intense burning sensation in the nose which passed as if I hadn't put it in... otrivin for example, as soon as I used it I could breathe amazingly... even one star is too much for it

Strong and effective, it makes me sneeze at first, then I get a runny nose, it says it's herbal, so I guess it's probably safe for frequent use.

I have been using it for many years and it is fully effective. My ENT doctor recommended it to me during my pregnancy as a monotherapy for sinusitis because I couldn't take antibiotics. It is the best I have ever used compared to all the other sprays available.

I have had chronic sinusitis for years and I use it to avoid other more chemical decongestants. It causes discomfort during use, a strong tingling sensation that starts from the nose and reaches back to the head, but after a few minutes it goes away (similar but less intense tingling I had felt with Otrivin with mint). It definitely requires 2 sprays per use to have an effect, it causes intense runny nose for a while and once the runny nose goes away, breathing is indeed facilitated. I think that if used according to the instructions (2-3 sprays in each nostril), it can help with sinusitis, but it is understood that it is not a permanent solution.

I can't stand it at all. It doesn't work for me. It's a shame because the throat spray from this company is fantastic.

It is not for nasal congestion but for sinusitis. It burns a little at first and then it starts to run and it is quite effective. It does not unclog the nose.

I have had chronic sinusitis for years and it has helped me quite a bit whenever I used it to recover faster, especially when I applied it from the beginning of each "crisis". It does not unclog the nose and if it is blocked, decongestant/washes should be used earlier.

I bought it so that I wouldn't use a decongestant medication.

The positive thing is the natural ingredients.

The first use feels like it's "burning" the nose and then there is intense runny nose for a few minutes.
