- Type 2 - Type 2: European standard cables. Essential for connecting your vehicle to public charging stations or to home wallboxes that do not have their own built-in cable.
- Type 2 - Schuko: Cables that end in a standard plug. They allow you to connect your vehicle directly to any common household power outlet (Schuko) for charging wherever you are.
- Type 2 - Type 1: Essential cables for vehicles with a Type 1 socket (e.g., older Japanese or American models), so they can connect seamlessly to modern European Type 2 charging stations.
- Three-phase: Three-phase cables use three phases of electrical current and allow higher charging power, typically 11 or up to 22 kW. They can provide faster charging, provided the electric car also supports it.
- Single Phase: Single-phase cables use one phase of electrical current and are suitable for charging with power up to 7.4 kW. They are a common choice for home charging, provided that the car and the charging station support single-phase supply.
- Up to 4: Ideal cables for most plug-in hybrids (PHEVs). Designed to provide safe, long-duration charging at home via a standard single-phase supply.
- 4.1 to 7.5: They support the maximum power that can be delivered from a single-phase power supply. They are ideally suited to the increased needs of fully electric cars.
- 7.6 to 11: The classic three-phase cables on the market. They fully match the charging speed supported by the onboard chargers (OBC) of most modern electric vehicles.
- 11.1 and above: Robust cables that allow the maximum possible speed on alternating current (AC). They are chosen when the car’s onboard charger is designed to handle correspondingly high loads.
- 16A: The most popular choice for everyday use. The cable is thinner, lighter, and more practical to store.
- 20A: Suitable for vehicles equipped with a factory charger with a maximum limit of 20 amps, or for charging from electrical outlets and industrial sockets that are protected at exactly this current rating.
- 32A: Designed for fast charging in vehicles with large-capacity batteries. The cable is thicker and more robust to reliably handle high loads.
