Clear- Corner beads: Protective profiles installed on exterior corners and around openings (doors and windows). They reinforce edges against impacts, prevent cracks, and ensure a straight, even surface when applying plaster.
- Fixing Anchors: Special fasteners (wall plugs) that mechanically secure insulation boards to the masonry, ensuring the external thermal insulation system’s stability and wind resistance.
- Starter Profiles: Metal or synthetic profiles installed at the base of the wall. They ensure that the first row of insulation boards is properly aligned and securely supported, while also protecting the bottom of the system.
- Guide Spacers: Special components installed behind the initial mounting rail to compensate for uneven masonry, ensuring aligned and secure installation.
- Joint Sealing Cords: Flexible foam cords installed inside expansion joints before applying sealant. They control the filling depth and ensure the sealant adheres properly and remains elastic.
- Breathable Membranes: Special membranes that prevent water and wind from penetrating the masonry while allowing internal water vapor to escape, protecting the insulation from moisture.
- Reinforcement Meshes: Specially reinforced meshes or fabrics applied to external thermal insulation systems to improve resistance to impacts and mechanical stress, typically at ground level or in exposed areas.
- Indicates the total length of the anchor in millimeters. The correct choice depends on the insulation board thickness, the adhesive thickness, and the required anchoring depth in the wall.
