Clear- Conical: They grind the coffee vertically, producing a grind with quite a bit of fines. They deliver a heavy body, intense flavor, and thick crema. Ideal for classic blends, dark roasts, and milk-based drinks. Cooler grinding due to lower RPMs.
- Flat: They grind horizontally using centrifugal force, achieving exceptionally uniform grinding. They deliver outstanding flavor clarity and bring out acidity and aromas, with a lighter body. Perfectly ideal for specialty coffees and light roasts.
- On Demand: Grind one dose of coffee for each operation.
- With Doser: It has an extra container that fills up with each use and holds about 6 doses.
- Coffee Grinder shop: It operates with a continuous flow according to the desired amount of grinding.
- Micrometric Adjustment: Provides the option to adjust the distance between the grinder burrs. In other words, how fine or coarse the grind will be. It is not related to the dose or weighing, but to the precision of the grind size adjustment.
- Mild Grind: Up to 54mm. Designed for low daily consumption. In a professional setting, they are the perfect and most economical choice for serving decaffeinated coffee or a special single-origin coffee with limited daily demand.
- Standard Xρήση: From 55–65 mm. They perform exceptionally well in food service environments, offering speed and reliability. They preserve the coffee’s aromas unchanged, avoiding overheating of the beans under normal working conditions.
- High-volume Use: Over 65 mm. Ideal for demanding use in shops such as coffee roasteries. Thanks to the large diameter of their burrs, they grind large quantities of coffee in minimal time.
