Filters
- Silicone: Flexible and non-stick material, resistant to oven and freezer temperatures.
- Ceramic: The advantage of material is to slowly and uniformly channel heat into the mixture. It is more prone to breakage compared to other materials such as plastic or silicone.
- Cast Iron: Ideal material for slow cooking at a steady temperature. The use of cast iron molds on stovetops or grills is not recommended.
- Plastic: Material suitable for freezing but not for oven use.
