What do I need?

    1. lifestyle changes
    2. collaboration with the therapeutic team and the family environment
    3. self-monitoring
  2. follow a personalized Diet rich in

    1. unprocessed carbohydrates that are sources of fiber (whole products)

    2. vegetables

    3. mono- and polyunsaturated fats (avocado, olive oil)

    4. and in which sugary drinks and salt are limited

  3. engage in Activities you enjoy daily that include moderate-intensity exercise and activation of different muscle groups to improve insulin sensitivity.
