1. Cookies or energy balls
Easy and delicious snacks for school or the office are cookies and energy balls, which will satisfy your need for "snacking" between main meals and give you energy.
Ingredients for cookies
- 3 bananas (ripe)
- 80-90 g peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 2 cups oat flakes (ground in a food processor)
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk with no added sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nuts and/or dried fruits (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. Then, form small balls and place them on a baking tray, leaving space between them because they will spread. Place the chocolate chips on top, and bake the cookies at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. For an even easier preparation, you can use a cookie maker, place the balls in the corresponding slots, and the appliance will take care of everything else.
Ingredients for energy balls
- 1 cup oat flakes (ground in a food processor)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Couverture chocolate for garnish
- Shredded coconut or cookie crumbs
Preparation
Alternatively, if you don't want to go through the process of baking or waiting for the cookies to be ready, you can mix all the ingredients for the energy balls, form the balls and dip them in couverture chocolate or sprinkle them with shredded coconut or cookie crumbs. And they're ready! Place them in the fridge if you want them to have a more uniform texture.

2. Yogurt with Fruits
If you want to make your own yogurt for yourself and your loved ones, you can easily and quickly do it at home with a yogurt maker.
Ingredients
- Milk of your choice (even plant-based)
- 1 container of store-bought yogurt
Topping
- Fruits and nuts of your choice
- Honey
Instructions
You will only need 2 ingredients to make the yogurt and just follow the device's instructions for the best result. Accompany it with fresh seasonal fruits, nuts of your choice, and honey.

3. Crepes, waffles, pancakes or muffins... differently
Don’t these options sound very healthy to you? And yet, they can be made and remain delicious, no matter how much you may not believe it! Let’s see how.
Ingredients for spinach crepes
- 2 eggs + 1 egg white (at room temperature)
- 220 g of milk of your choice
- 100 g oat flakes (ground in a blender) or whole wheat flour
- 100 g spinach (fresh)
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and, in a blender, grind the spinach. Incorporate it into the liquid mixture and then add the oat flour, until you get a homogeneous mixture. For each crepe, use 1 ladle of the mixture. When the crepes are ready, fill them with ingredients of your choice.
Ingredients for beetroot waffle
- 2 beetroots (boiled)
- 10 tsp cottage cheese
- 2 small eggs
- 80 g plant-based milk
- 110 g oat flakes (ground in a multi)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a multi and blend them until they become a smooth mixture. Use 1 scoop of the mixture for each waffle. You can garnish with ingredients of your choice, sweet or savory.
Ingredients for oat pancakes
- 200 g 0% yogurt
- 1 egg
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 120 g oat flakes (ground in a food processor) or whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Add the liquid ingredients and the sugar to a bowl and mix them with a whisk until the sugar dissolves and you have a smooth mixture. Then add the dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula until incorporated into the wet mixture. For each pancake, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Ingredients for omelette muffins
- 6 eggs
- 50 g plant-based milk or coconut cream
- 1/2 onion, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 green pepper
- 50 g cheese of your choice
- salt & pepper
Preparation
After finely chopping all the vegetables and beating the eggs well with the milk or cream using a whisk, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Then, use the corresponding amount of the mixture in the appliance, wait a few minutes and...done!
4. Sandwich with Salmon
What could be a more common snack than a sandwich? You can make it with any ingredients you want, in a sweet or savory version, and take it anywhere with you. Let's see a healthy and nutrient-rich version with salmon.
Ingredients for Salmon Sandwich
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 40-50 g smoked salmon
- 30 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cucumber
- Juice & zest of 1/2 lemon
- Pepper
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with the juice and zest of the lemon and spread it on the 2 slices of bread. Then add the slices of smoked salmon, the cucumber in slices, freshly ground pepper, and toast for a few minutes in a sandwich maker.
5. Avocado toast with eggs
Eggs couldn’t be missing from the list of the healthiest snacks for school or the office. They are easy to prepare, you can combine them with anything else you want, and they are a very important source of protein. You can pair them with avocado spread on toasted bread and you’ll have the tastiest and healthiest snack.
Ingredients for avocado toast
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- A little olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
After toasting the bread and mashing the avocado with a fork, spread it on the slices. At the same time, boil the eggs in the egg boiler. When they are ready, peel them, cut them in half, and place them on top of the bread as well. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh olive oil. So easy and healthy!
