Alexandros I. Tilikidis

Alexandros Tilikidis was born in 1966 in Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras in 1991. He obtained his medical specialty title as a physiatrist in 2001 from the Asclepeion of Voula. Since 1994, while already in China on an annual state scholarship, he began studying Chinese Herbs. In the same year, he started reading the Complete Works of Hippocrates and, through this study, was initiated into Ancient Greek thought. In 1999, he began teaching in Greece and also published his first book: "The Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine." In 2011, he published his second book: "Greek Acupuncture." In 2014, he released his fourth book: "The Basic Theory of Ancient Greek Medicine, Part A."
