
Marios Verettas
Marios Verettas was born in Athens. He studied directing and has occasionally staged children's theater performances in schools and cultural institutions. He has traveled extensively and speaks six languages. Before settling as a "man of the book," he worked in various jobs both in Greece and abroad. This allowed him to travel across Europe, the Middle East, Canada, the Far East, and more. He has crossed Europe, India, and other countries multiple times by motorcycle.
Since 1975, he has primarily been involved in the world of books as an author, translator, editor, and publisher. He has written dozens of popular books, translated approximately one hundred and fifty books from English and French, edited the publication of another fifty books for various publishers, and published an additional one hundred and fifty books through his own publishing house.
He has also written hundreds of articles for various magazines and newspapers, as well as cultural commentary for radio.
