Luis Rojas Marcos

Luis Rojas Marcos was born in Seville in 1943. For about forty years, he has been living in New York City, where he is involved in medicine, psychiatry, and public health. In 1992, he was appointed head of mental health, alcoholism, and drug services for the city of New York. He teaches at New York University and is a member of the New York Academy of Medicine. He has written several books on social issues, which have been successfully published in many countries.
