L. Panagiotopoulou

Lida Panagiotopoulou is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a degree from the University of Piraeus and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Her doctoral dissertation, titled "Strategic Human Resource Management in Greece and its Impact on Business Performance," completed at the Athens University of Economics and Business, was awarded the 2nd Pan-European Prize by the European Association of Personnel Management in 2001. Her work has been published in international academic journals such as the "International Journal of Human Resource Management," "Personnel Review," "Employee Relations," and "Management Decision." She also participates as a consultant in Human Resource Management projects.
