
Eleanna Galanaki
Dr. Eleanna Galanaki is an economist specializing in human resource management and works as a lecturer at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She earned her Ph.D. from the Athens University of Economics and Business, her Master's degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK, and her Bachelor's degree from the Department of Economics at the same university. She has worked for years at the Human Resource Management Laboratory of the Athens University of Economics and Business, where she has participated in and coordinated various research projects. Additionally, she contributed to the administrative planning and organization of the Master's program in Human Resource Management during its early years of operation. Her research interests include outsourcing services, human resource management, and entrepreneurship, as published in relevant journals. She teaches human resource management, organizational behavior, management, and entrepreneurship to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as to business executives.
