
Athina Xenikou
Athina Xenikou is an Assistant Professor of Social and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Crete in 1991 and earned her Ph.D. in 1996 from University College London, University of London. During her postgraduate studies, she worked as an assistant at University College London and City University, and she was also a postdoctoral researcher at London Business School. Since 1999, she has been working in the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a regular member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, the European Association of Social Psychology, the Hellenic Psychological Society, and the British Psychological Society (Chartered Psychologist). Her research interests focus on the study of organizational climate and culture, leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction, as well as the social processes influencing creative behavior.
