Myrto Rafailidou

She is a graduate of the Master's program in Human Resource Management, as well as the undergraduate program in Marketing & Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Currently, she is a doctoral student in the same department, working on her dissertation on the Glass Ceiling in the business sector through the lens of institutional theory. During her studies, she collaborated on projects related to her field with executives from well-known companies and was a scholarship recipient from the State Scholarships Foundation and the G. Chalkiopoulos Foundation.
