Eleni Apospori
Eleni Apostpori is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Connecticut, USA. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including psychology/social psychology, intercultural communication, corporate communication, organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, and research methodology. Her current research interests focus on intercultural communication and diversity management in the workplace, comparative studies of human resource management practices, and the advancement of women in the workplace. She has also explored the dynamics of social exclusion of women in Greece and Europe. Her published work has received over 250 citations, and she has collaborated on research projects with international universities such as the University of California at Berkeley, Brunel University, and the University of Newcastle.
