Nikolaos Papanastasopoulos

Nikolas Papanastasopoulos studied at the universities of Athens, Piraeus, and Panteion University, and earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Athens (2011). His academic interests focus on international relations and strategy (crisis management), foreign policy analysis, and political history. He has taught at the universities of Athens and Thessaly, Panteion University, branches of foreign universities, technological educational institutes, as well as police and military academies (SETHA, ADISPO, SDIEP). The new expanded edition is the result of postdoctoral research conducted both in Greece and the USA (as part of a State Department scholarship concerning foreign policy). Currently (since 2019), he teaches in the Department of Political Science at the Democritus University of Thrace.
