Yves Le Conte

Yves Le Conte is a research director at INRA and an amateur beekeeper. Author of a thesis on bee-varroa relationships in 1989, his research focuses on the fight against varroosis and the social communication of bees, leading to the identification of a brood pheromone and the characterization of bee colonies that survive varroa without treatment.
