Jill Fullerton - Smith

Jill Fullerton-Smith grew up in New Zealand. She has received numerous awards for her works and films. For the past ten years, she has been involved in various scientific programs for BBC Television in London, and she currently heads the special science programming department at BBC Scotland. Fullerton-Smith conceived and produced the landmark science series "Food - Truth or Scare," on which this book is based. She lives in Glasgow and London with her husband, daughter, and four stepchildren.
