Tasos Pappas was born in Athens in 1957. He is a graduate of Panteion University. He has been working as a journalist since 1984. He is a political editor at "Kyriakatiki Eleftherotypia," editor-in-chief at "Athina 9.84," and a contributor to the magazine "Diavazo." His books include: "The Chimera of the Great Left" Delfini 1993, "Greece-Turkey: An Ancient Conflict" Ellinika Grammata 1998, "Orthodox Caesaropapism" Kaktos 2001, "17 November: From Myth to Reality" Ellinika Grammata 2002, "PASOK of Their Future" Polis 2004, "Which Left, Which Right" Polis 2006, "The End of Bipartisanship?" Polis 2008, "Embarrassed Left," Polis 2010. He has contributed to collections such as: "T.V.: The Big Sister," Delfini, "There, Around Forty" Ellinika Grammata, "Bin Laden" Kaktos.
