Alexandra G. Eythymiadou

Alexandra Efthymiadou leads the Research & Development sector at Synolic - Development Systems and nlpingreece. She specializes in Human Resource Development. She holds a Master's of Social Science degree from the UK and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the USA. She is a Licensed NLP Trainer from "Advanced Neuro Dynamics" Tad James and "The First Institute of NLP & DHE Richard Bandler, USA. She is a member of the European Board of NLP (EBNLP), the American Board of NLP, the Time Line Therapy Association, ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), IFTDO (International Federation for Training and Development Organizations), and a founding member of the HBNLP (Hellenic Board of NLP). She participated in the study and research team for the model "The Synolic Approach to Human Resource Development" by Alan Barratt and D. Patrick Georges. A related publication appeared in the scientific journal Executive Development, Vol. 8, titled "The Synolic Approach to Human Resource Development," No 2, June 1995. Her writing includes the books "NLP - Demystification," "Practical Orientation in Modern Management," and "The Art and Technique of Negotiations," and she is preparing the release of her new book "Take It Another Way."
